4)      Will you let me know what I am going to pay for the work you are going to do for me so I can budget?

Absolutely – at Gain we have a Fixed Price Agreement – which means you know exactly what you are getting and how much it is going to cost you before we start work – no hidden charges or unexpected bills. And if you ask us to do extra work, we won’t start anything until you have been quoted and agreed to that also.
